From “CESSENADES”, walk towards :
- “Le Four”, then :
- “Hameau de Cessenades”. At “Hameau de Cessenades”, turn left to “LE FRONTAL” via :
- “Pialouzet”.
- At “LE FRONTAL”, turn left to return to “CESSENADES” via :
- “Valouse”.
